Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a growing sport with more and more people wanting to train like a fighter or for MMA, Aaron can offer specialised conditioning for MMA with pad work involving punching, elbows, knees and kicks, while also integrating fully functional exercises and drills to replicate the actions used and the workouts done, they are high intensity and highly effective! Great for those that want to take their training to the next level or even for professionals in the sport.

Aaron was fortunate to have the tutelage from one of the leading strength and conditioning coaches in MMA Juan Carlos Santana.
