We can come to your own home or you can come to the Quad Club in the Crowne Plaza Hotel, PT-ME operates exclusive personal training at the Quad Club Crowne Plaza. The facilities offer a 35 station gym, pool, two jacuzzies, sauna, steam and full aerobics timetable. Alternatively, weather permitting; we can train outside in the vast open space of Higginson Park by the River Thames. Using equipment we provide to make the most of circuits in the fresh air or a leisurely jog along the towpath.
