Founded in 1992 Boxercise is practiced in 18 different venues in Europe. In the UK alone, over 1.2 million people take part in Boxercise classes (source: Mintel, 2006). Boxercise adapts boxing techniques to make them:

Boxercise is one of the best stress busters around it effectively combines use of both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems with the systematic recruitment of both fast and slow twitch muscle fibres in a manner that not only ensures a diverse workout, but also enhances sports specific senses, including hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing. With Boxercise we can add huge variety to your workouts. It can be integrated into regular gym workouts, home visits or as a sole training method.
