Welcome to PT-ME and pram, a great way in the Bucks area to get back into shape without having to find baby care or creche time!! Established in 2009 we noticed a gap. There are too many franchise mother and baby workouts with untrained “leaders” offering a simple walk in your local park. Sitting down devising workouts with friends with babies and trialling them we launched an affordable workout to get some cardio burn and the expert tuition of toning exercises added from a REAL personal trainer!! Whatever your post natal stage our workouts are suited for all. Great ways to get back into that all important dress, all with the help of your baby and pram!

With different affordable workouts aimed at mothers we can cater for all abilities. Lower intensity buggy workouts, post natal running if you want to start or get back to your fitness. With pre and post natal trainers at your disposal why not have 1-2-1 sessions to get back to the pre baby body you wanted and beyond.

I chose Aaron to be my personal trainer because he had always been very helpful and approachable during the S W E A T sessions that the gym used to run at lunchtimes, he seemed very knowledgeable and genuinely keen to get the best out of you.
