Our trainers are trained in boxercise, an effective fitness tool that is highly effective stress reducing activity. We don’t spar or have contact punching each other, Boxercise is fitness based boxing techniques. Punching pads can be very therapeutic so if you would like to set up sessions based purely around this we can accommodate. Rallying your team together to participate in some Boxercise sessions are perfect for those short on time and in need of a high intensity workout
