What will we be doing for exercise?

Our exercise sessions will consist of circuit based training with a good amount of boxing, great for stress busting.

What sort of space will we be expected to provide?

This will depend on the amount of employees, try and think that for all those involved if they were all to lay down in a start shape. That would be the minimum space per person we would need but ideally we would want more. If you are unsure we can come have a look on the initial assessment or alternatively we can train somewhere outside nearby.

Do I need to bring anything?

You do not need to bring anything. You may want to bring a small hand towel and drink and obviously make sure you bring your workout kit to work as we won’t want to train you in a suit for example

Why do we need an assessment?

It is important to do the assessments to set a benchmark. We need to see some improvement and to prove our services are worthwhile, it also gives you all better focus on your individual goals.

What are the benefits of going with PT-ME Corporate?

Not only will you be exercising and reaping the usual rewards from it. It will also be beneficial to the company as a happy, healthy, cooperative workforce will have better efficiency for the company.

Who needs to get in contact with you? Our Director?

It is not necessary for your director to set it up but he/she is more than welcome to. A director that sets ups a health and well being programme for his/her employees would clearly boost morale and subsidising some of the cost can be a great reward to keep the staff motivated. Alternatively do not worry if that is not your level of authority to decide subsidising, just get in touch with your work colleagues and find out when suits you all, how often and then you can always approach your director if you wish. However it is not necessary if it is within your lunch break or before/after work hours. We will then get in touch with the representative with a quote and offer you your sessions FREE for being our point of contact.
