What do I need to do before my appointment?
Drink 2 litres of pure water the day before your appointment & avoid hand cream before your test.
Bring details of any medication and vitamins which you are presently taking.
The tests will not interfere with any medication except a pacemaker.
At your initial appointment you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire or alternatively you may arrange to complete this prior to visiting.
