Hell Month Package

Commit to a month’s training with a series of sessions to test yourself to the limit..

These workouts are specifically designed to help burn fat, build muscle and increase your cardiovascular fitness.

Be warned this is not for the faint hearted, it would be recommended you have good level of fitness and can do the following:

  • Press ups full ideally but half press ups with your body completely straight to your knees
  • Use a rower at high intensities
  • You don’t have knee problems that prevent you from impact exercises like squat jumps
  • You are not afraid to get some gloves on and do some punching
  • Finally if you can support your bodyweight doing pull ups (this however is not a necessity it is just preferred)

The package consists of:

  • 3 pt sessions a week for 4 weeks
  • FREE initial consultation and measuring
  • Sessions on your own for half an hour twice a week or pay extra for these with your trainer.
  • Core work completed on your own.
