I am delighted to join the team at PT-ME. Having worked as exercise coach and Level 3 personal trainer at private clubs I have sound experience in devising appropriate structured and progressive exercise programme’s for clients, monitoring progress on a regular basis.
As a busy mum of 3 I know all too well the challenge of making time to get fit and look great! I work with my clients to help them achieve their personal fitness goals whether that be losing weight, toning up or feeling energised. My aim is to provide an effective, time efficient workout, focusing on those problem areas we ladies often have! My particular interests are post natal weight/fat reduction and core strength and stability.
